Lava Bird Dry Vase

Bespoke - Hand sculpted from Hebel, this organic, dry vase embodies a rich blend of Lava, Purple and Sunburst tones blended together with a dynamic flow. Compact and grounded, it works beautifully as a dry vase, tabletop object, or standalone sculptural accent. A tactile, earthy piece that brings understated texture and colour to shelves, sideboards, or outdoor settings.

I hand sculpt each vase from a block of hebel in our outdoor studio based in Buderim - Sunshine Coast, using manual tools like rasps and chisels, then carefully drill the hollow in the vase for the test tube well. I apply a water marbling technique to colour each piece with a breath-taking blend of colours and patterns.
